PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS:
As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a clear photo of the defect or damage, and a brief description of the issue. Send your claim to ulsterscotsassociation@gmail.com and we will respond within 2 business days.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at ulsterscotsassociation@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item at no additional charge.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible at ulsterscotsassociation@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

If any of your purchased items are missing or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We have a Money Back Guarantee which lasts 30 days from delivery of your order, so make sure to contact us within that timeframe.
